This map is from Alexander Lehmann’s travel account Reise nach Buchara und Samarkand in den Jahren 1841 und 1842, edited by G. v. Helmersen and published in 1969. It is a pencil-sketched map marking Bukhara to the west, Kokand to the east, and Tashkent to the northeast. Samarkand appears in the center of the map along with surrounding towns and landscapes.
