This pencil-sketch map of Kojun Daghi and other islands in Lake Urmia, which is to be found in Eine Reise durch Vorderasien im Jahre 1904 written by Erich Zugmayer, is one of three maps illustrating the author’s journey from Vienna to Tbilisi through Russian Transcaucasia. The other two maps cover the eastern part of Chiwa and the region around Yerevan, Sevan Lake, and Lake Urmia.
